- Assessing the strengths and opportunities for IPS’ instructional programs.
- Improve Board-Superintendent relations.
- Enhance IPS’ efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Establish effective communication and improve relationships with stakeholders.
- Establish a comprehensive strategic plan based on IPS’ 2010-2015 plan.
