Candidate Calender
In our never ending quest to provide you with information this election season, each Saturday we will list where the candidates for office will be for the following week. If your candidate has an event you want us to list, just send it to us via the “Submit A Story” link under the main menu side bar.
But to help things get started, here’s what I know so far.
Saturday, 6 Sep.
- Jill Long Thompson attends the Barack Obama rally in Terre Haute, 11:30 a.m.
Sunday, 7 Sep.
- Dennie Oxley is at the “Turn Indiana Blue Festival” in Lafayette, 4:15 p.m.
Monday, 8 Sep.
- Mitch Daniels is attending the Midwest U.S.-Japan Association meeting in Milwaukee.
- Jill Long Thompson is at the Statehouse for a news conference. 4 p.m.
Wednesday, 10 Sep
- Lt. Governor Becky Skillman addresses Parke County Chamber of Commerce and Rockville Rotary Club, 12:30 p.m.
- State Superintendent candidates Tony Bennett and Richard Wood will have their first of three debates on education. It will be at Northview Middle School in Indianapolis, 6 p.m.
Thursday, 11 Sep
- Lt. Governor Becky Skillman is at Ball State in Muncie promoting economic development, 10:00 a.m.
Friday, 12 Sep
- Lt. Governor Becky Skillman addresses Midwest Rotary Club members at the Statehouse, 2:30 p.m.
