My good friend Matt Tully has a great piece in the Star this morning about life in what could accurately be described as the worst of the worst in Indianapolis neighborhoods. It reminded me about something I wrote back in May about how city leaders were more concerned about my criticism than the living conditions of this city’s most vulnerable citizens.
